John has over 45 years of experience in various nonprofit leadership roles, including local church ministries, senior living communities, parachurch organizations, and higher education. Since 2010, he has held multiple senior management positions at Christ's Home in Warminster, PA, including Executive Director of Senior Services, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Governance Officer. Additionally, John has served on several nonprofit boards. Bre has a diverse background with 15 years of experience spanning legal marketing, project management, ministry, education, and local government. With a passion for bringing people together towards a common goal, she serves on multiple boards across her community, including youth athletic organizations and school committees. As a champion of healthy change at both an individual and corporate level, Bre enjoys leading others through ambiguity with compassion. She holds a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism from Temple University and also received her Master of Arts from Missio Seminary, partnering with Kairos University, where she focused on transformation and remissioning of church communities. He also serves as the character coach for the Lehigh University Men’s Basketball team and on the board of Push The Rock which he founded. Billy has assisted in the launch of a number of nonprofit organizations, and he has worked with organizations and nonprofit ministries around the world. Meghan brings experience in the fields of law, construction, nonprofit work, and event planning. Previously, she worked as a construction litigation associate at Troutman Pepper Locke with pro bono work in the spheres of election and immigration law. Her expansive community service background has allowed her to serve as an event coordinator for a nonprofit and a public speaker for health advocacy. She has also served on nonprofit boards. Meghan received the President's Volunteer Service Award from President Obama, among other accolades. She holds a J.D. from William & Mary Law School and a B.S. in Biochemistry from the University of Tulsa. Over the past 40 years, Kevin Huggins has served in a variety of strategic leadership roles including pastor, professor, counselor, author, speaker, and consultant. Kevin, an ordained minister, holds the Masters of Divinity and Masters of Arts in Biblical Counseling degrees from Grace Theological Seminary, and a Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology and Family Counseling from the Union Institute & University. He is also a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s Post-Doctoral Certificate Program in Couples and Family Therapy. With over 25 years teaching at both public and private universities, Tiffany has a passion for helping others communicate more effectively. She has dedicated the majority of her professional career to higher education and was both an in-person and online instructor for a variety of communication related courses, including oral communications, public relations, family communication, and acting. Eryka Jenkins brings experience in the areas of education, building culture, conflict management, and team building. Her previous experiences include working in education where she built community among students and partnered with faculty and division leadership to build cultural competency. Eryka has served as a sports coach for over 10 years and is an assistant coach with the Lehigh University Track and Field program. She has an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from Lehigh University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Resort Management and Business from the University of Memphis, and a diversity and inclusion certificate from Cornell University. During Michael’s three-decade career in both the military and civilian sectors, he has navigated a wide range of challenging situations. He has led soldiers as a Military Police Sergeant, served as President of a company with over 100 employees, acted as VP of Sales and Customer Experience for a billion-dollar company, and owned his own manufacturing business. These diverse experiences have profoundly shaped his business and leadership philosophy. Additionally, Michael has extensive experience in the non-profit sector as a Board member and Vice Chair, and he currently serves as the President and Founder of Uplifted Foundation.
