She holds an M.S. in Biblical Studies from Cairn University and a Doctorate in Ministry in Leadership in the Global Context from Alliance Theological Seminary. She now serves as the national Director of Training for International Students Inc. as well as the Founder and Executive Director of the Scott Althouse World Changers’ House in New York City. John has over 45 years of experience in various nonprofit leadership roles, including local church ministries, senior living communities, parachurch organizations, and higher education. Since 2010, he has held multiple senior management positions at Christ's Home in Warminster, PA, including Executive Director of Senior Services, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Governance Officer. Additionally, John has served on several nonprofit boards. He has an M.S. in Organizational Leadership, and his areas of leadership focus include nonprofit board governance, nonprofit budgeting and finance, strategic planning, succession planning, and worship arts. Sarah graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design from Drexel University and has experience as an in-house designer. Billy has over 25 years of church, nonprofit, and for-profit leadership experience. He also serves as the character coach for the Lehigh University Men’s Basketball team and on the board of Push The Rock which he founded. Billy has assisted in the launch of a number of nonprofit organizations, and he has worked with organizations and nonprofit ministries around the world. Director of Communications

Tiehl graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations from Taylor University and has experience as a writing intern for a community foundation. Senior Consultant

Over the past 40 years, Kevin Huggins has served in a variety of strategic leadership roles including pastor, professor, counselor, author, speaker, and consultant. Kevin, an ordained minister, holds the Masters of Divinity and Masters of Arts in Biblical Counseling degrees from Grace Theological Seminary, and a Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology and Family Counseling from Union University. He is also a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s Post-Doctoral Certificate Program in Couples and Family Therapy. Program Coordinator

With over 25 years teaching at both public and private universities, Tiffany has a passion for helping others communicate more effectively. She has dedicated the majority of her professional career to higher education and was both an in-person and online instructor for a variety of communication related courses, including oral communications, public relations, family communication and acting. Tiffany is a graduate of Messiah University holding a B.A. in Communication with an emphasis on Speech and Film and an M.S. from Shippensburg University in Communication Studies. Consultant

Eryka Jenkins brings experience in the areas of education, building culture, conflict management, and team building. Her previous experiences include working in education where she built community among students and partnered with faculty and division leadership to build cultural competency. Eryka has served as a sports coach for over 10 years and is an assistant coach with the Lehigh University Track and Field program. She has an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from Lehigh University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Resort Management and Business from the University of Memphis, and a diversity and inclusion certificate from Cornell University. During Michael’s three-decade career in both the military and civilian sectors, he has navigated a wide range of challenging situations. He has led soldiers as a Military Police Sergeant, served as President of a company with over 100 employees, acted as VP of Sales and Customer Experience for a billion-dollar company, and owned his own manufacturing business. These diverse experiences have profoundly shaped his business and leadership philosophy. Additionally, Michael has extensive experience in the non-profit sector as a Board member and Vice Chair, and he is currently preparing to launch a new charitable foundation. Paul has over 40 years of experience in building, leading and operating organizations – both profit and non-profit. He co-founded and serves on several non-profit boards and has led a church planting ministry. He has a passion for developing leaders and helping organizations define their mission and structures to deliver excellence. Based on both personal experience and training, Paul enjoys guiding owners and leaders through the succession process. Paul holds a Master of Social Work Degree from Temple University and studied theology and counseling at Westminster Seminary. Tim began his career in public education.  For over 20 years, he taught high school English and History and coached several sports in Indiana, Arizona, and New Jersey. During those years, he also served on several Elder Boards and led ministries in churches that he and his wife, Sherri, attended. In addition to teaching, Tim served in a variety of roles in church ministry including Director of Children’s Ministries, Director of Family Ministries, and Executive Director.
