John has over 45 years of experience in various nonprofit leadership roles, including local church ministries, senior living communities, parachurch organizations, and higher education. Since 2010, he has held multiple senior management positions at Christ's Home in Warminster, PA, including Executive Director of Senior Services, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Governance Officer. Additionally, John has served on several nonprofit boards. He has an M.S. in Organizational Leadership, and his areas of leadership focus include nonprofit board governance, nonprofit budgeting and finance, strategic planning, succession planning, and worship arts.
