Brett Weisberg earned his bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York in 1991. Venturing into the staffing industry in 1996, he commenced his career as a search consultant, amassing invaluable experience across various management roles at an international search firm. In 2002, Brett established DavidWayneAssociates LLC, a distinguished retained regional search firm headquartered in Philadelphia. DavidWayneAssociates specializes in providing retained staffing solutions for permanent, interim, and project-based positions across a wide range of professional fields. These include, but are not limited to, Accounting & Finance, Office & Administrative, and Sales & Marketing professionals throughout the Philadelphia region.

Throughout his tenure at DavidWayneAssociates, Brett has played a pivotal role in aiding numerous organizations within the Delaware Valley region in securing and retaining top-tier talent. In addition to his professional commitments, Brett is deeply involved in community service. With nearly two decades of board-level engagement, he presently Chairs the Advisory Council at Carson Valley Children's Aid Society.
