Our assessment resources can be used in many different settings including succession planning, pre-hire screening, team fit and team building, employee transition and career coaching, leader evaluation, and overall organizational health. These resources are proven tools to help leaders and teams learn and grow.

Leader & Employee Assessments

  • This is a confidential, custom-designed, easy to use, internet-based system designed for leaders to gather feedback from supervisors, peers, and subordinates related to their leadership. The report compares this feedback to the leader’s own self-assessment. Such feedback is one of the most accurate ways to identify strengths, areas of improvement, and possible blind spots. Upon completion, our consultant will hold a private session with the participant to review the report and provide personalized coaching.

  • The TriMetrix® EQ Assessment by TTI Success Insights® examines the behaviors individuals bring to the job, the driving forces that drive them, and an understanding of their emotional intelligence. TriMetrix EQ blends all three sciences together in an integrated section that will illustrate the impact emotional intelligence has on core behavioral styles, as well as the top driving forces. Understanding strengths and weaknesses in these areas will lead to personal and professional development and a higher level of satisfaction.

  • Our easy and accurate web-based process collects and computes feedback between the employee and his or her manager to encourage meaningful feedback. This process promotes a fair and open discussion about how to maximize the strengths of each team member.

Organizational Assessments

  • This assessment includes our custom-designed surveys, confidential interviews, and facilitated discussions about the organizational and relational health of your organization and leadership to give you objectivity and foresight in making decisions.

  • Our board assessment process includes a custom-designed, web-based survey and/or confidential phone interviews of your governing board members for the purpose of identifying the strengths, perceptions, and areas of improvement of your board.

  • Our employee assessment process includes a custom-designed, web-based survey of your employees for the purpose of identifying perceptions regarding job satisfaction, benefits, morale, and other identified employee themes.

Pre-Hire Assessments
