Confidential Interviews
We conduct up to 25 confidential phone interviews with staff, board members, donors, and key influencers. No names are attached to findings, only themes, to ensure transparent feedback on leadership, organizational health, conflict, and overall direction.
Comprehensive Executive Report and Presentation of Recommendations
All findings are compiled and presented onsite in a meeting with leadership covering gaps, opportunities, commendations, and recommendations for moving forward.
