Readiness Assessment & Fundraising Plan

We will also help you complete a Readiness Assessment, which is one of the most effective ways to increase the likelihood of success for a major fundraising project. Some organizations move forward without having an accurate understanding of whether there is support for the vision. Our experienced consultants will help you determine your level of readiness, which will result in a more unified and effective launch. This study will help avoid a premature start or a failed campaign.

This will include a predetermined number of confidential interviews (in person, via phone, and some anonymous), a written report, and presentation of findings. The assessment will examine various priority elements of the campaign, determine if specific financial goals are realistic, identify sources of funding and potential leaders and volunteers for the campaign, determine proper timing for the campaign, and identify strengths and concerns. The written report and presentation will include an approximation of the amount of money that can be raised, an approximate time frame for receipt of funds, potential volunteer leadership, rating of interest in the priorities, and our recommendations for next steps.
