Culture by Design, Not by Default: How to Proactively Lead Your Culture

An effective culture doesn’t happen by default; it is built by design. Whether you lead in a business, church, or nonprofit, the culture you create directly impacts morale, productivity, and long-term success.

Building an effective culture is always a challenge. But with four distinct generations actively shaping your culture, a thoughtful and intentional approach is no longer optional; it’s critical.

On Wednesday, October 29, from 10:00 am – 12:30 pm, join us for a practical workshop that will equip you with tools to identify culture problems early and proactively design a thriving multi-generational culture that aligns with your mission.

Who Is This For?

This workshop is designed for those who influence organizational culture in business, church, and nonprofits. That could include HR Directors, Business Owners, Managers, CEOs, and Pastors.
