About the Workshop

Leadership at the executive level carries a unique set of challenges that can feel isolating. This invitation-only, free event is designed to bridge that gap, bringing together a select group of DFW-area business owners and senior leaders for high-level collaboration.

The workshop is divided into two distinct sessions focused on the critical pillars of strategic stewardship: navigating complex succession planning and building a winning culture that lasts. Each session features expert training from the team at The Center Consulting Group and a leadership case study with Mike Sterlacci and Chris Sterlacci, detailing their firsthand journey through these exact transitions at CoVerica.

Whether you join us for one session or the full day, you will leave with a clear roadmap for your organization’s future.
