Credibility is the currency required for a leader to have influence in the lives of others. It is very easy to lose but takes work to build and maintain. If you want to maintain your credibility, make sure you are doing these six things:

1. Do what you promise.

2. Solve problems quickly.

3. Be accessible and visible.

4. Always tell the truth.

5. Admit your mistakes.

6. Stay sharp in your role.
