The Leader 36O° Assessment Report
This is a confidential, custom-designed, easy to use, internet-based system designed for Christian leaders to gather feedback from supervisors, peers, and subordinates related to their leadership. The report compares this feedback to the leader’s own self-assessment. Upon completion, our consultant will hold a private session with the participant to review the report and provide personalized coaching.

The Talent Insights Report increases the understanding of an individual's talents by providing insight to their behaviors (DISC) and motivators. Understanding strengths and weaknesses in these areas will lead to personal and professional development and a higher level of satisfaction.

The Work Style Profile focuses on traditional personality traits as well as real life, job-centered behavioral characteristics that are important to most positions of leadership and management. It can be used for both pre-hire screening and coaching an employee or team of employees.

Technical Testing
Total Testing provides interactive, ready to use, skills testing to measure a candidate’s technical skill level in areas such as Microsoft Office, administration, accounting and finance, customer service, human resources, and more. These tests help you determine if a candidate has basic, intermediate, or advanced skills in a specific area.

Organizational Health Assessment
This assessment includes our custom-designed surveys, confidential interviews, and facilitated discussions about the organizational and relational health of your organization and leadership to give you objectivity and foresight in making decisions.

Board Assessment
Our board assessment process includes a custom-designed, web-based survey and/or confidential phone interviews of your governing board members for the purpose of identifying the strengths, perceptions, and areas of improvement of your board.

Employee Satisfaction Survey
Our employee assessment process includes a custom-designed, web-based survey of your employees for the purpose of identifying perceptions regarding job satisfaction, benefits, morale, and other identified employee themes.
