The Center offers expert, custom-designed leadership training modules to help you and your employees grow in effectiveness.

Custom-designed, professional leadership training is faster, personalized, extremely relevant to your environment, and costs less than traditional graduate courses or professional training seminars. In today’s ever-changing leadership environment, many staff members are being asked to take on new or additional roles for which they have never been trained and have little experience. In addition, credibility to lead is often earned through increasing our competencies.

Some of our specialized training modules include Organizational Leadership, Preparing for and Leading Change, Utilizing Assessment Tools, Developing a Healthy Team, Conflict Resolution, Board Development, and Emotional/Relational Skills. Our training can be provided to a group or one-on-one, at your location or ours. 

Financial Feasibility

We will help your nonprofit organization determine your level of readiness for moving forward with major financial initiatives.

A complete feasibility study is one of the most effective ways to ensure your readiness and success for a major fundraising process. Some organizations move forward without having an accurate understanding of whether there is support for the vision. Our experienced consultants will help you determine your level of readiness which will result in a more unified and effective launch. This study will help avoid a premature start or failed campaign.

Our consultants will work jointly with your organization in developing a case statement to test the present support of your vision and funding priorities.

We will also conduct a fundraising readiness assessment which will include a pre-determined number of confidential interviews (in person, via phone, and some anonymous), a written report, and presentation of findings at a leadership meeting. The study will assess various priority elements of the campaign, determine if specific financial goals are realistic, identify sources of funding and potential leaders and volunteers for the campaign, determine proper timing for the campaign, and identify strengths and concerns. The written report and presentation will include an approximation of the amount of money that can be raised, an approximate time frame for receipt of funds, potential volunteer leadership, rating of interest in the priorities, and our recommendations for next steps.
